• National Writing Centers Association (NWCA)
  Writing Center Handouts A directory of online writing center handouts. Lists sites that provide indexes to their handouts. And, provides an index by subject for those sites with no index of their own. Covers everything from organizing and developing ideas to grammar and punctuation to documenting sources and plagiarism to using non-sexist language.

• OWLs on the Web - (Online Writing Labs) Links primarily to the “handouts” pages of the more comprehensive OWLs (Online Writing Labs) on the Web. • OWL Handouts (Purdue University) Purdue has one of the largest OWLs on the Web, covering everything from writing in the job search to punctuation, parts of speech, and spelling to English as a Second Language. • Rensellaer Writing Center
• Online Writing Lab From self-instructional materials on basic skills to pedagogical resources for teachers of writing across the curriculum. The site grew out of the Purdue Writing Lab's use of e-mail to distribute writing-related handouts. The Web pages now contain some 150 handouts on skills ranging from spelling to punctuation and research citation form.
